Something that’s been missing from the marketing points of the PS5 has been its lack of backward compatibility with older-generation PlayStation titles, but renewed hope has emerged in the form of new listings that have popped up on the PS5 store.
As spotted by Twitter users that include Overlode’s Jordan Middler and Adventkamen, select games from the PlayStation 3 generation have begun showing up through the PS5 store. They include notable titles such as Team NINJA’s popular fighter, Dead or Alive 5, as well as two Prince of Persia titles, Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands and Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones.
