It turns out that NVIDIA’s GeForce Game Ready 461.09 driver, which was released yesterday, includes security fixes addressing various issues that may lead to denial of service, escalation of privileges, data tampering, or information disclosure. GeForce, RTX/Quadro, NVS, and Tesla GPU users will want to install this update right away from the NVIDIA Driver Downloads page. Virtual GPUs have also received a similar security update, which can be downloaded from the NVIDIA Licensing Portal.
