It is the year 2025, and the majority of users on Steam continue to be far more interested in playing PC games that launched years ago instead of the latest releases, according to new figures derived from SteamDB that show how Red Dead Redemption 2, an action-adventure game that Rockstar Games brought to the PC platform in November 2019, reached a new all-time peak of 99,993 players two days ago, while Marvel's Spider-Man 2, the latest PlayStation Studios game to come to PC, only managed to reach a peak of 28,189 players following its release on January 30.
