Report: LG to Release 97-Inch OLED TVs Next Year

LG Electronics is planning to introduce its first 97-inch OLED TVs next year. This is according to a report from local outlet The Korea Bizwire, which noted that the company had announced a plan to release such large-sized panels during an international forum. The largest OLED TV that LG currently sells is the LG SIGNATURE ZX 88 inch Class 8K Smart OLED TV, a display that costs $29,999.99.

To compete in the ultra large-sized TV market, LG has been mulling over releasing 100-inch models.
