Capcom confirmed in a press release shared today that the previous mainline Resident Evil installment, Resident Evil 7 biohazard, has shipped over 10 million units globally. This is a new milestone for the survival horror franchise, one that the company says was partially driven by the increasing popularity of digital sales.
