Review Scores - What do they mean?

Looking at the Intel 13900K Review, I see that the CPU got a 4.5 out 5 Stars for the review. Nowhere did I see an explanation on "How" you came to that determination. So how did you come up with the rating?

Good question. A paragraph talking about how you came up with the score would be nice to see in the conclusion — seems like you guys usually do that for the Gold/silver awards

The system is an evolving work in progress, the rating was perhaps applied a bit premature, without granularity. It has been adjusted now and provides more information on the reasoning behind the rating applied.
