The Samsung 870 QVO SATA III SSD with 8 TB of capacity is now available to purchase for $399.99 at a range of retailers that include Amazon, B&H Photo, Best Buy, Newegg, and Samsung's own web store. This SSD may be of interest to those with larger Steam libraries and want to keep their entire game collection on a relatively speedy drive, one that's advertised with sequential read and write speeds of up to 560 and 530 MB/s, respectively. Samsung announced the 8 TB version of the 870 QVO in June 2020, and according to PCPartPicker's sales data, the drive originally retailed for as high as $849.99.
