Samsung Completes Validation of 10.7 Gbps LPDDR5X DRAM for MediaTek’s Flagship Dimensity 9400 SoC

The Dimensity 9400, a new flagship system-on-a-chip (SoC) from MediaTek that is scheduled to be released in the second half of this year for premium smartphones, is the first to be validated with Low Power Double Data Rate 5X DRAM that features operating speeds of up to 10.7 Gbps, Samsung has announced in a new press release about how it has successfully completed verification of the industry-first memory for use on MediaTek's next-gen platform.
