Samsung Delays Unveil of Exynos 2200 Mobile SoC with AMD Radeon GPU

Samsung was supposed to debut its new Exynos 2200 SoC for upcoming smartphones such as the Galaxy 22 yesterday, but that never happened.



According to a new report shared by BusinessKorea, the company is now planning to unveil the Exynos 2200 either at the end of January or early February. The SoC has been drawing quite a bit of interest from AMD fans, as it’s the first Exynos release to leverage red team’s Radeon IP and RDNA 2 graphics architecture.



“We are planning to unveil the new application processor at the time of launching a new Samsung smartphone,” a Samsung Electronics official confirmed in a statement. “There are no problems with the AP’s production and performance.”
