Ebb Software has revealed that Scorn, its creepy, atmospheric first-person shooter with visuals inspired by artists such as H. R. Giger, is now aiming for an October 2022 release.
The date was shared in a new update posted to the game’s Kickstarter page on Friday, which pointed out that the delay would allow the team to better fulfill its “spine-chilling, nightmarish” vision for the game. Scorn will be available exclusively for the PC and Xbox Series X|S platforms when it launches next year.
“I’d just like to give my deepest thanks to our community for your patience and our team here at Ebb who have been working incredibly hard to pull everything together,” Ebb Software CEO Ljubomir Peklar said.
