Scorn: Ebb Software Delays Its H. R. Giger-Inspired Xbox and PC Exclusive Horror Adventure to 2022

Ebb Software has revealed that its first-person horror adventure title, Scorn, has been postponed and won’t be making its originally intended 2021 release date. The game will now be released sometime in 2022. Scorn is a game that’s been on the radar of many Alien fans, as the game’s visuals are heavily inspired by H. R. Giger, the Swiss artist who was responsible for the design of the Xenomorph.









From Ebb Software on why the delay should be seen as a good thing, in light of botched launches such as Cyberpunk 2077:



CD Projekt RED had great PR for Cyberpunk 2077 but that didn’t help when the final game. Cyberpunk 2077 should’ve been delayed for a year, but the hype and the pressure from shareholders were more important.
