SK hynix Announces World’s Fastest Mobile DRAM (LPDDR5T)

SK hynix has announced that it has developed the world’s fastest mobile DRAM. Dubbed LPDDR5T (Low Power Double Data Rate 5 Turbo), the new product operates at a data rate of 9.6 gigabits per second (Gbps), making it 13% faster than the previous generation LPDDR5X1, unveiled in November 2022, according to the South Korean memory maker. Mass production of LPDDR5T is scheduled to begin in the second half of the year.
