So where are all these RTX30 cards under MSRP?

I've been reading for days that RTX30 cards prices have plummeted below MSRP because of criptocrash and even more on used cards.

Haven't found anything on these "bargains" where are they at?

In many cases, Nvidia's MSRP seems to be a lie

The RTX 3050 is available for the same street price as RX 6600
and I don't see this changing till end of life of either card

They're eBay listings of mining cards that have been through hell and back. That's about it..

I see higher-end models dropping in price - but on the low end, price corrections haven't really hit yet.
