Update: Xbox head Phil Spencer has confirmed that future Call of Duty titles will also be available on PlayStation; the franchise will not be exclusive to Xbox due to previous agreements. Spencer also complimented Sony, praising the company’s role in the industry.



Had good calls this week with leaders at Sony. I confirmed our intent to honor all existing agreements upon acquisition of Activision Blizzard and our desire to keep Call of Duty on PlayStation. I did play a bit of Overwatch and D3 on my PS4, but not an awful lot. Apart from that, I don't know that I've played any other Activision/Blizzard titles....

That said, MS didn't rip Minecraft out from under all their various platform support, so maybe they won't do the same here.
