Sony Electronics has announced that it will be launching the BVM-HX3110, a premium 30.5-inch 4K HDR professional monitor designed for critical evaluation, color grading, live production, and post production. Users will find a Sony-designed dual layer anti-reflection LCD panel with the company's proprietary signal processing, which supports a higher peak luminance of up to 4000 cd/m² while maintaining no-compromise deep blacks, according to a press release. Sony didn't share pricing in its press release, but the company's professional monitors are typically very pricey, with the 31-inch BVM-HX310 being listed at retailers for over $24,000.
