Sony Postpones PlayStation 5 Event: “We Do Not Feel That Right Now Is a Time for Celebration”

Unfortunately, the library of games that the PlayStation 5 could launch with will be a mystery for a bit longer. Sony has announced that it has postponed its “A Look at the Future of Gaming on PS5” event, which was set for June 4, due to the crazy stuff that’s going on across the country right now.



“We have decided to postpone the PlayStation 4 event scheduled for June 4,” lamented Sony. “While we understand gamers worldwide are exciting to see PS5 games, we do not feel that right now is a time for celebration and for now, we want to stand back and allow more important voices to be heard.”
