Is the PlayStation 5 powerful enough to run a game at 60 FPS with ray tracing enabled? Apparently so, as Insomniac Games has updated its new Spider-Man: Miles Morales title with a new “Performance RT Mode” that lets players web-swing across a ray-traced New York at higher frame rates.
Previously, Spider-Man: Miles Morales only contained two modes: a “Fidelity” mode, which features ray tracing at 30 FPS, and a “Performance” mode that reduces the game’s resolution and graphics quality for a 60 FPS experience.
