Take-Two Reveals It Has Three New Ports or Remasters in Development, Stirring Hopes of GTA and Red Dead Redemption Remasters

Take-Two Interactive revealed in its Q1 FY 2022 financial earnings presentation this week that it had three “new iterations of previously released titles” in development that would be released in the current fiscal year.



While the names of these titles weren’t specified, Take-Two clarified in one of its slides that these upcoming titles aren’t sequels but either “ports or remastered titles.”



The pipeline details have refueled rumors of Rockstar Games developing a new remastered trilogy that comprises three of its most popular Grand Theft Auto titles: Grand Theft Auto 3, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.



Take-Two’s porting initiative for FY 2022 already includes Grand Theft Auto Online and Grand Theft Auto V: Expanded and Enhanced, the latter of which will release for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles on...
