Ubisoft Delays Rainbow Six Extraction to January 2022

Ubisoft Montreal has opted to delay its latest Rainbow Six installment, Rainbow Six Extraction, to January 2022. Originally slated for release on September 16, Rainbow Six Extraction is a tactical co-op game that allows players to team up with two other squad members to contain an alien threat called Archæans. In regard to the delay, Ubisoft Montreal explained that it needed to “take additional time to bring this vision to life in the way it deserves” and to ensure that the Rainbow Six Extraction experience is a good one. Rainbow Six Extraction will be available on PC (Ubisoft Store, Epic Games Store) Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Stadia, and Luna when it launches early next year.
