Ubisoft has confirmed that it will be expanding its popular Assassin’s Creed franchise in a massive way with an early-in-development project code-named “Assassin’s Creed Infinity.” Leaked earlier in the day by Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier, Assassin’s Creed Infinity is reportedly Ubisoft’s attempt to create a live service platform that can reap the financial benefits offered by games such as Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto V and Epic’s Fortnite. Unlike previous Assassin’s Creed experiences, which were limited to a large-scale but single setting, Assassin’s Creed Infinity will include multiple settings that will be joined by others as the service ages and evolves. Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Infinity project is being developed as a cross-studio collaboration between Ubisoft Montreal and Ubisoft Quebec.

Yeah, no. I was already ignoring the live service portion of odyssey and valhalla.
 
Wait there is a live service part more than finding bodies of dead players and getting "revenge" for them?
