LG OLED TVs are acclaimed for a variety of reasons that go beyond their stunning picture quality and incredible contrast ratio achieved by self-lit pixels. One such reason is that they’re officially certified for NVIDIA G-SYNC, green team’s proprietary adaptive sync technology that allows for a tear-free and far more smoother gaming experience.
It appears that honor is slowly but steadily coming to more OLED TV brands, however. As revealed in a series of posts on China’s Weibo platform, Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has confirmed that the second generation of its “Mi” OLED TVs will feature support for NVIDIA’s G-SYNC technology. The company promised in one of its posts that the inclusion would ensure lower latency, a more stunning visual experience, and other benefits.
