CapFrameX now lets you dive deeper with L3 cache and ram bandwidth details

So I'm curious other than as a programmer optimizing the tools... what's the use case for this? I'm not trying to be funny on this one... but want to understand how to use a tool like this. Could I use this on my SQL server to help optimize queries and better utilize the cache on my server CPU's?

Gives tools for journalists to dig into why certain games perform well or poorly on different CPU and RAM setups, and hopefully help them to make more well informed recommendations.
