I've never understood the love for NV. I thought it was by far the worst Fallout game out of the 3 (FO3, FONV and FO4) and it's not even close. I know I didn't care for the desert setting nearly as much as the cities and urban areas of the other two. But I realize I'm in the minority here.

-Its a continuation of the first two games, so that automatically gives it a huge leg up.

It plays almost essentially the same as FO3, but the world and quests and factions are (arguably) better designed.

FO3 is by far Bethsoft's best game and the farthest they've gone from their shallow as a puddle wide as an ocean elder scrolls roots.

FO4 is a very fun game, but it's a straight up looter shooter wearing the Fallout IP's skin. It's the game I was worried FO3 would be.
