Amazon is set up for US only right now. It gets a bit complicated because the link has to be formed for each country dynamically and they require a minimum level of sales to keep the account open. I set it all up maybe 5 years back and all the non US ones got closed for lack of sales.

If there are any other retailers, I can see if they are in any of the affiliate networks we're in.
