I'm sure someone out there already is. Almost posted a story on the weekend where some used-PC stores in Japan are offering better deals because inventory is getting low.

Fairly sure for the Intel side, the ram is soldered to the package and not changeable. This was true for the Core Ultra 1xx series, and I'd imagine it is for the 2xx as well...
