I'm mixed on this. Did I want it? Definitely not, but I'm at least curious enough to try to watch the first episode when it comes out. I like what they did with Fallout (although I still haven't watched S2 yet).
Meanwhile, Amazon MGM is going bonkers with all the video game adaptations, including Fallout, Tomb Raider, and I think one or two more are all being worked on.
As far as this project goes, the ovrerall official descriptions state a major focus on a father/son dynamic as the two process the loss of wife/mother and will obviously incorporate elements and characters from the last two games.
