I mean I get it.... but we're not exactly hurting for CPU availability right now. I'm scratching my head as to the point. bad batch of 7800x3ds?

I think the 8X3D is EOL.This will likely replace it for a lower price. Same as they did with AM4. They don't waste silicon, gamers have cheaper 3Ds available, win win.
