QD OLED is OLED (Samsung), but it isn't the same WOLED (LG).

There was an article around here about a year ago detailing the difference, and QD OLED had a lot of issues, and at times IPS would beat it for image fidelity. Seems it had big issues with ambient lighting? But I can't recall exactly.
