Custom versions of the GeForce RTX 5090 and GeForce RTX 5080, NVIDIA's latest high-end GPUs based on the "Blackwell" architecture for gamers and creators, may cost much, much more than their Founders Edition (i.e., reference model) counterparts, according to new pricing information derived from popular retailers that include B&H Photo, the Manhattan-based retailer of photo and video equipment that's partially known for the "save the tax" perk enabled by its store credit card.

Again msi with the aio card coming in at a price that seems... ok.

I was thinking about a 5080 possibly, but with these AIB prices thats a solid no (maybe on MSI).
Holy crap this is just insane. Im guessing a launch with almost no parts if they think they can get away with these prices for the AIB's.

$800 over MSRP for a card with a waterblock is the definition of insanity.

An FE + waterblock will be cheaper than even the air cooled AIB cards.

You know a lot of people here are gonna pay that though...

I read somewhere that you can't put a waterblock on an FE card as its next to impossible to disassemble.

BTW there are several AIB reviews already and other than price I see no difference vs FE.

GN just posted a video showing the disassembly.

It'll take some engineering of the waterblock to make it work though. That's for sure.

I wouldn't want to try and get those three distinct PCB's connected with a water block for proper cooling the FE card. I'd take an FE card... it's the top of my list, OR the MSI waterblock AIO card.
