    I hate when people use "percentage reduction" when referring to temperature. celcius and Fahrenheit zero is completely arbitrary and different from eachother, which makes "percentage reduction" completely arbitrary. I suppose if you use Kelvin it has some better inherent meaning.

    Agreed about pubg and other numbers there. For pubg it looks like they included the mobile version and then simply counted the number of downloads. I wouldn't be surprised if crossfire has more players than games like cs:go. Sometimes I forget how many people are on that side of the world...

    Supermicro typically uses the BMC for basic 2D video functionality. I imagine most other servers do the same. Although I dont know what the internal ip is for the video (designed by the BMC company? or IP purchased from someone else like Matrox?)

    as far as im concerned, we've actually returned to the old days like you want. zen4 has a northbridge with a pcie controller, ddr controller, and integrated graphics. they just decided to move the northbridge from the motherboard to the cpu substrate and renamed it the io die.

    From my reading of articles online I have seen 15% improved single threaded performance, not 15% improved IPC. Let me know if you've seen differently.
