    Just what I always wanted.
  3. Microsoft Plans to Move Windows 11 “Increasingly to the Cloud”

So, shall we take guesses on the day that Windows died? The day of a ddos attack perhaps. Though my favorite would be the more mundane problem that someone at Microsoft forgot to update a security certificate and now Windows365 is declared a virus risk.

  7. Diablo IV Had a Rocky Start as PlayStation Players Experienced a Licensing Glitch That Prevented Them from Playing on Early Access Launch Day, Plus...

D2 remaster without drm free or offline mode or direct IP or lan was just kinda pointless. I got it and the D3 Necro last holiday sale and wasn't impressed. Had more fun back in D3. D4 stress test was ok but I'm not sure worth $70.
  8. Starfield Direct Showcase Will Require an Extra Pair of Underwear

    No Man's Sky: Bethesda edition.

5800x3d price on Amazon at $289 ain't too bad. 5900x at $310 is meh, thats $20 off from best deals last summer. 5600x at $150 is nothing new, the 5600 is usually $130 now too.
  10. No Man’s Sky Developers Continue to Add Polish and Content Seven Years After Its Release

It has become a very good space exploration game. Not perfect but **** good if you're into the exploration/survival game model. The expeditions they do a few time a year are nice 10+ hour adventures that keep bringing me back to it for the last two years.
  11. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (8 GB) Performs Up to 63% Faster than AMD Radeon RX 7600 in 3DMark Tests

Now throw in a RX 6700 and 6700xt/6750xt. Nvidia's chart last week though where most of the games they list are using dlss 3.0 to get any real gains was hilarious. That and the comparisons to a 2060Super/2070. Its time to upgrade Turing bros!
  12. NVIDIA Announces GeForce RTX 4060 Series: Available from May 24, Starting at $299

Hah! A good name for dlss 3.0. Another I saw this week, was "digital viagra".
  13. ASUS Is under Fire as Hardware Testers Target the Manufacturer Over Its Handling of CPU Voltage Settings and Lack of User Support

  14. The “Legend Returns” as the LIAN LI V3000 PLUS Gets a Makeover with the Launch of a New White GGF Edition

I've not owned a Lian Li case in 15 years or more. I miss when they had removable mobo trays. First case that has fan speed controls for the front fans, a top fan exhaust and rear and aluminum shell with side window, all back in 2004. That is what I replaced my last Lian Li case with at the...
  15. Video Shows Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Running a Constant 90 FPS in 4K With Epic Settings and Ray Tracing Enabled using an RTX 4090

Tech Deals put out a video testing the game with a rtx 3050 because of the EA drm wouldn't let him run the game on a third system. Normally with denuvo games you see a 5 installs/day limit warning on Steam store listings. So, either it is EA's app is more strict or they just forgot to set it at...

I keep hearing more and more complaints of performance problems in systems with 16GB of system ram across several games. Even if it was a bug with 4k textures being loaded in for lower res, the Diablo4 beta using up 22GB of system ram was an eye opener. At medium it was using 7.5GB of ram.
