HyperX Reveals Its First 60 Percent Mechanical Keyboard and Other Gaming Gear at CES 2021

I have personally enjoyed my cloud II headset on PC and PS4. Good build quality and sound. I wonder if the Cloud II wireless actually works correctly with PS4. My Bose QC35ii have to be attached to the controller which I don’t like. It would be nice to have a true Bluetooth option for the PS4.

Sony’s “PS5 Ready” XBR X900H HDTVs May Not Be Getting HDMI 2.1 Gaming Features (VRR/ALLM) Despite Earlier Promises

If I’m going to spend big money on a TV it will be on an LG product. Condolences to everyone affected by another Sony blunder.

Apple Reportedly Taps Hyundai for 2024 Electric Car Debut

There are some interesting battery technology 3-4 years away but right now Tesla is way ahead of its battery competitors in efficiency, cost, and scale. I don’t agree with Tesla’s valuation but the idea that Apple can sub-contract out a car and battery is laughable.

Cyberpunk 2077 Getting Free DLC in Early 2021

Maybe it’s the 60% of the game that got left on the cutting room floor?

Cyberpunk 2077 Has Made Its Development and Marketing Costs Back Already

Oscar Isaac to Play Solid Snake In Metal Gear Solid Movie

Can I pay $20 to see Kurt Russel as old man Snake? Jokes aside Oscar Isaac has been great in everything I’ve seen him in. Star Wars new trilogy sucked but his performance was one of the better parts in my opinion.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Founders Edition Review

If I can actually get one of these at MSRP I’ll move on from my Vega64. Interested to see what card AMD puts out in response.

ASUS Previews ROG Strix and TUF Gaming Radeon RX 6000 Series Graphics Cards

Oscar Isaac In Negotiations to Play Moon Knight, Marvel’s Version of Batman

I have enjoyed quite a few Oscar Isaac performances. It’s a shame he got roped into the new Star Wars trilogy abomination. Let’s hope the writing in this series lets him stretch those acting chops.

Chinese Retailer Reportedly Faking Sales Numbers to Hide GeForce RTX 3080 Supply Issues

The rumors of NV going to TSMC must be true. All of this points to Samsung’s 8nm process being totally fubar with respect to 3 series yields.

NVIDIA May Be Releasing a GeForce RTX 3070 Ti After All

If AMD's new GPU parts can perform at parity in most situations vs NV's lineup, then all the rumored refreshes from NV will come to pass. Samsung's yields must be terrible.

Oppo Launching S1 and R1 4K Television Lines

If you are going budget on the sound bar I snagged a Vizio 5.1 from Costco for $200 bucks and have been very pleased. https://www.costco.com/vizio-v51-h6-36%22-5.1-channel-home-theater-soundbar-system.product.100669728.html

Sony Confirms That PS5 Voice Chats Might Be Recorded and Submitted by Others for Review

The worst part is I really didn’t want to give M$ my money, but after this I think the old adage of warhammer 40k is correct: “there are no good guys”

Razer Partners with ASRock for New Branded Motherboards

I wonder if Razer will make you log in with personally identifiable information to get your BIOS updates. ? I’ve had no problem with the AsRock boards I’ve owned (which, to be fair was only one), but Razer leaking peoples personal data in a hack and constantly trying to get me to register...
