I hate to get political here but I'll try and keep this at a minimum. With current lets call them... activities of the US leadership in place, corporations are getting away with whatever they want and relying on the leadership to keep playing the distraction card with everything they have going on.

Yea, I mean it's crazy even for enterprise. A server that would have cost 10k after discounts with a vendor is now costing 30k. And lead time is projected at one FLIPPING year. It's just STUPID.

It better have a lightsaber light bar that fires up with special effects in your chosen color on start up. Because otherwise they are missing a major opportunity. (and turns off when you want)

I mean... it makes sense. With hardware scarcity being what it is... knowing if your old work laptop can play your dating simulator you got on steam... I mean... uhh... 3d gaming experience... it would be worth while.

We're headed for the Cyberpunk/Shadowrun netrunner/decker future. But instead of starting out for some great moral cause... we will be in it to game on the best hardware! lol.

Lets be real it's always the people willing to spend for the best be that tv's, refrigerator's, or PC gaming that drive the rest of that segment of the industry forward. With the abandonment of the DIY space advancement for home compute will slowly grind to a halt until money shifts.

Since this is a cpu side compute task sounds like it should be something AMD can quickly emulate. Unless of course Nvidia Copyrighted this process as IP. Then Eff them but I get it.
