Only because DEI is out of fashion now. It won't be long before it comes back around as full ESG again - it's only because they are making insane levels of money on it that people are mostly turning a blind eye to things they once rallied against.

I hate to get political here but I'll try and keep this at a minimum.

With current lets call them... activities of the US leadership in place, corporations are getting away with whatever they want and relying on the leadership to keep playing the distraction card with everything they have going on.
