Customers who are facing instability issues with their 13th and/or 14th Gen Intel Core "Raptor Lake" processors have been urged to contact Intel for a replacement CPU, but getting one could take longer than expected, according to a new message from an Intel customer support rep that has been shared online, one that advises it could take "4 to 5 weeks or more" before stock is replenished.
