The Witcher: Blood Origin began streaming on Netflix Christmas Day, but reception for the new prequel series based on Andrzej Sapkowski's fantasy world appears to be poor thus far, with not only critics, but fans, expressing their disappointment at how the show turned out.

Still haven't finished the 1st episode. I admit that I think I'm burnt out on anything that throws the typical "here's all our clans, we're all fighting, epic conspiracies, plus all the usual current stuff that has to be jammed into any story".
