A new trailer for NBA 2K24 has been released unveiling that the next installment will feature crossplay between Sony and Microsoft consoles. Crossplay will be limited to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles but considering how many units of each of those that have been sold already this means that potentially millions of players from around the world will be able to compete with each other. NBA 2K24 will also launch for PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One as well on September 8.
There will be three editions available: Kobe Bryant Edition, Black Mamba Edition, and the 25th Anniversary Edition. Prices range from $59.99 (older gen consoles and PC) to $69.99 (PS5 and Xbox Series X|S) and then $99.99 (Black Mamba-all platforms) and $149.99 (25th Anniversary-all platforms). Pre-ordering is available now for all platforms and editions. Below are details per the Xbox versions.
