Should NetherRealm Studios have even bothered with releasing Mortal Kombat 1 for the Nintendo Switch? Maybe not, as early players have taken to social media to bash the new, 12th mainline installment of the fighting game franchise, posting comparisons that show how different the visuals can look between the Switch and PlayStation 5/Xbox Series X|S versions of the game. "If I was playing Mortal Kombat 1 on Switch, I’d ask for a refund in a heartbeat," said one player, who showed off Li Mei looking like an expression-less, worn-out fighter on Nintendo's edition. Mortal Kombat 1 remains available for pre-order on the Nintendo Switch for $70.

Can't believe this sh1t is $70 on Switch. You're definitely getting a lot less for the same money. Honestly I had no idea NetherRealms was even planning to release the game on Switch.
