The Batman 2, a sequel to the 2022 superhero film from Matt Reeves that saw Robert Pattinson step into the cowl and boots of the iconic character, is now set for release on October 2, 2026, Warner Bros. Pictures has announced.

By the time this finally get this done Pattinson will be ready to play old Bruce Wayne. Between Gunn and Zaslav, and the potential for a teamsters strike happening the odds are not good for this one.
