Not entirely surprised that mobile x60 is gaining ground. NV has been offering near to exact identical desktop variants of x50/x60/x70 for mobile since the 3000 series that I know of. For better or worse they did also open the floodgates with different power ratings for all but that's another story. I've got an older laptop with the fully powered version of a RTX 3070 that still performs fairly well. The hard part for those who care, is doing the research when shopping for a laptop to ensure they're getting what they want and not to just go by the basic specs that might be listed and some manufacturers don't even list the GPU power ratings.
