Windows 11 version 24H2, a major update for Microsoft's modern operating system that is set to include—among other things—optimized branch prediction code from AMD for improving the performance of its Zen 5, Zen 4, and Zen 3 CPUs, will enable up to 35 percent better gaming performance on Ryzen 7 9700X and Ryzen 7700X processors in select games that include The Coalition's Gears 5, according to new benchmarks that have been shared online.

Just keep in mind - This is a RYZEN performance update, NOT a Zen 5 performance update. Zen 3/4/5 affected. The scaling between generations doesn't change.
 
Nice boost for me (I am guessing since my cpu hasnt been tested).
 
Microsoft is probably hoping news like this leads to more Windows 11 adoptions.
 
So the takeaway is that Zen 4 is so well-engineered that it almost future-proofed itself.
