For those of you with a mix of Apple and Microsoft products your MS Apps that you bought in the Microsoft Store will now be much easier to install and access your data on the iCloud app. Apple has just released the iCloud MS Store App today.

This is different from the main iCloud program that usually comes bundled with iTunes. This is part of their Apps, like cell phone apps section in Windows 10 rather than your regular programs section. Confusing, but for those that use the MS Store apps this will be very helpful.

"Apple and Microsoft are making it easy for customers to access and enjoy the benefits of their iCloud account across their Windows 10 PC and Apple devices with the all-new iCloud for Windows app available today from the Microsoft Store.

You can easily access your photos, videos, mail, calendar, files and other important information from your iCloud account on the go and on your Windows 10 PC. iCloud is home to iCloud Drive, iCloud Photos, Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Reminders, Safari Bookmarks and more.

The new iCloud for Windows app introduces a new iCloud Drive experience for Windows 10 users powered by the
same Windows technology that also powers OneDrive’s Files On-Demand feature, enabling users to be more productive offline on mobile devices and quickly share files on iOS." - MS Blog

So many of my friends and family can't get enough of their iphones. If apple were to create an android/windows version of imessage and charge like $5 for it they' d make a killing, and everyone would be happy to have a single solution for cross compatible RCS messaging.

But, this seems like a good start I guess.
