Owners of ASRock's newer Intel motherboards can now bolster them with even greater amounts of memory. ASRock today announced the support of 48 GB and 24 GB DDR5 memory modules across its Intel 700 and 600 Series motherboards, boosting their maximum memory capacity from 128 GB to 192 GB on 4 DIMMs. A BIOS update appears to be required for those who are seeking maximum performance. Other manufacturers that have announced support for increased DDR5 memory capacity include MSI and GIGABYTE.
