be quiet! has introduced Dark Power 13, its first full ATX 3.0-compatible power supply series. The new series comprises three models (750, 850, and 1000 watts), all of which offer full ATX 3.0 compatibility for next-gen graphics cards, according to the German company, complemented by features that include an improved, frameless Silent Wings 135-mm fan and 80 PLUS Titanium efficiency and performance. Dark Power 13 units will be available beginning January 24 at a suggested retail price of $289.90 / €294.90 / £289.99 (1000W), $249.90 / €259.90 / £249.99 (850W), $209.90 / €214.90 / £209.99 (750W).

These manufacturers really missed the boat on these late launches with these 3.0 ATX power supplies IMO. I was fortunate to get one fairly early on in my FSP power supply and honestly had mixed feelings about it due to my unfamiliarity with that company, but so far I'm impressed. It all worked out for me, but I know a lot of others were waiting for these releases to use with the new GPU's, only to be waiting a longer than usual time.
