BoincTasks++ a Linux native port of Efmer's Classic BoincTasks

I've ported eFMer's BoincTasks to wxWidgets so it can run natively on Linux. In the process I've fixed some performance issues when attaching a lot of hosts for the Windows version so I've got a Windows 10/11 build as well.

I still have not had a lot of hands on with this, but so far both the Linux version and Windows versions are snappy and smooth.

What I need is someone to test this on older versions of Linux (glibc 2.34 or newer) and Windows 11. I'd also like Windows 10 and, if you're on the 26.04 build of Ubuntu then that's fine as well.

I'm going to build a Windows version (it's complied and being tested) as well as a Mac and Arm version. The Arm version will cover both Linux and Windows versions as well.

Should have the windows build available for download sometime tonight. Then I'll work on a Mac build, but I need people with a Mac to test as I don't have any Mac devices.

Also, does anyone have any insight on how to get the Arm version of Windows for free? IE: a trial period type thing. I don't intend to use it except for testing the app.
