The market for riser cables has grown in recent years as the diversity of PC building has expanded with custom cases, increased cooling needs, and the desire to do something unique. Cooler Master has unveiled a new riser cable that comes in two sizes (200 mm and 300 mm), allowing alternative placement for compatible devices to address these needs. With a multilayer PCB, gold-plated connectors, and high-quality cabling, it supports the PCIe 4.0 specification and is backward compatible with previous generations. Pricing and availability have not yet been revealed.
