Corsair's collection of SSDs is about to grow with the MP700, a new PCIe 5.0 NVMe M.2 SSD that the company began teasing this week with promotional materials that include a new video published to its official YouTube channel. While that video has since been removed for unknown reasons, MP700 owners can expect admirable speeds from the drive, including sequential read and write speeds of up to 10,000 MB/s and 9,500 MB/s, respectively, according to benchmarks that Corsair published on its website. These numbers are quite a bit better than older products that include the MP600 PRO XT, which feature sequential read/write speeds of well under 8,000 MB/s.
