Crysis Remastered PC Trailer Leaks, Looks Underwhelming

The PC trailer for Crytek’s heavily anticipated Crysis remaster has leaked ahead of tomorrow’s official debut. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look all that good, especially in light of the beautiful mods and texture packs that have been released for the original over the years. The trailer also boldly states that all gameplay was “captured directly from PC,” so we know exactly what we’re looking at – console hardware can’t be blamed here, folks.







So, what’s the point of Crysis Remastered if it barely looks better than the original? We suppose that it might be interesting for folks who are too lazy to deal with mods, although Crytek did brag about the remaster getting a ton of modern features.

Hrm I still loved this **** FPS. Nothing has felt as open-ended in how you play it since IMO, For a FPS.
