Despite its troubled launch and technical controversies, Cyberpunk 2077 will eventually be hailed by the gaming community as a very good game. That’s according to CD PROJEKT RED president Adam Kiciński, who recently shared his thoughts with Polish economic newspaper Rzeczpospolita in a new interview. Kiciński expressed that he still has plenty of faith in the sci-fi RPG, noting the strength of the brand and the potential of its universe.
“Releasing a game in a new franchise brings many challenges and risks, especially when the concept is so complex,” Kiciński said. “We brought to life a huge, vibrant futuristic city called Night City, where the characters’ non-linear stories take place.”
