David Huang's SPEC 2017 table (edited to remove non-x86 CPUs)

So is this just an old chart with no 9950x3d data available?

It's not old. Panther Lake is there.

That guy probably isn't impressed by the 7950X3D so not interested in plumping down the hard cash for 9950X3D. Or he could be waiting for a deal or another possibility is that he gets these chips on loan and AMD isn't willing to loan one to him this time.

Oh. One more fascinating possibility is that he HAS the 9950X3D2 and just waiting for AMD to frickin' release it already so he can update the chart. That could be one good reason for the 9950X3D not being there. SPEC tests take several hours to complete and he's probably not interested in doing it twice, once for the V-cache CCD and another time for the non-cache one.
